Advanced Liquid Fermentation
Our Liquid Fermentation Division is equipped with cutting-edge fermenters, including two 400 L seed fermenters, three 3.5 KL fermenters, and one 5 KL formulation unit. These fermenters are designed for closed, aseptic operation, ensuring cleanliness and product integrity.
Air sterilization is achieved through 0.2 μ sterilizable grade air filters, providing sparge and overlay aeration to maintain optimal conditions for microbial growth. The equipment setup includes all necessary piping, valves, and instruments, with a skid-mounted design for efficiency.
